About the Role

The Cliffs Roadhouse is a brand new establishment located on a busy highway approximately 10km from Mildura. The site operates on a 24 hour basis,  featuring premium amenities, a comprehensive convenience offer and quality fuel services, alongside an elevated roadhouse-style restaurant that brings a fresh take on traditional highway dining. 

The 2IC role is a support role to the Site manager, responsible for stepping up in their absence where required, managing day-to-day operations, and driving team performance. This is a leadership focused role with previous experience in the petroleum or food industry being highly regarded. 

• Part Time position – 38 hours per week
• Shifts range from Tuesday - Saturday inclusive

Key Responsibilities

• Console Operation
• Store administration including daily reports, money handling, balancing, banking and reconciliation
• Stock control, processing and management
• Fuel Monitoring, daily fuel dips
• Exceptional customer service
• Merchandising
• Supervising staff

Essential Requirements

• Good computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Previous leadership and/or management experience
