About the Role

This role is a support role within the site, reporting to the Site Manager. Applicant will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the site. This is a customer focused role with previous experience in the petroleum or food industry being highly regarded.

• Part Time position – 30-35 hours per week
• Monday to Sunday (Weekend work may be required)

Key Responsibilities

• Console Operation
• Store administration including daily reports, money handling, balancing, banking and reconciliation
• Stock control, processing and management
• Fuel Monitoring, daily fuel dips
• Exceptional customer service
• Merchandising
• Supervising staff

Essential Requirements

• Good computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
