- Provide practical guidance when after-hours operational issues arise.
What You’ll Bring
You are a calm, organised and visible leader who builds trust, follows through and is comfortable making decisions in a busy operational environment. You combine a strong safety mindset with practical problem-solving and clear communication. You will also bring:
- Proven experience leading, training and supervising staff.
- A current car driver licence.
- Knowledge of HSSE, Dangerous Goods and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
- Experience in stock control, reconciliation and discrepancy investigation.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and data-entry systems.
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to safely handle and maneuver packages weighing more than 20 kilograms.
- A Medium or Heavy Vehicle licence and forklift licence are desirable but not essential.
